The Brownie's Third Lung™ Direct Drive Commercial Series is the new "Reference Standard" for performance in the Bahamas and Caribbean for harvesting lobster and conch under harsh conditions.
Our commercial systems provide dependable performance for medium flow Hookah applications. Unlike the recreational series, our commercial systems are deck mounted in aluminum frames. |
| Brownie's™ commercial systems are configurable with optional surface air accumulators to provide short bursts of relief pressure when the system is taxed by a heavy breathing rate. The workhorse C300 system is available in both diesel and gas configurations, and can be outfitted to provide up to fifteen hours of continuous use. |
Our Direct Drive C-270 and C-390 systems are the reference standard for performance in the Bahamas and Caribbean for harvesting lobster and conch under the most demanding and harsh conditions. The 110 volt AC electric systems are the yacht owner's tool of choice for boat and pool maintenance or for diving from a personal watercraft.

C270
The Explorer C-270 is equipped with Brownie's™ single head direct drive compressor and the ever-reliable 4.5 hp, 4-stroke OHV gasoline engine. It is capable of an output of 4 cfm @ 50 psi. The C-270 weighs 49 pounds and measures 17" X 17" X 17" with the intake removed.
Optional accumulators are available for both units to provide temporary breathing pressure during dives in which breathing rates exceed the pressure that can be delivered by the compressor. |
Commercial System Deluxe packages include Brownie's™ patented Drop Weight Cummerbelts™ with quick release weight pockets.

The Explorer C390 is equipped with Brownie's™ twin head direct drive compressor and a reliable 4.5 hp, 4-stroke OHV gasoline engine. It is capable of an output of 7 cfm @ 50 psi. The C-390 weighs 59 pounds and measures 17" X 17" X 17" with the intake removed. The C-390 is capable of a 3 hour run-time.

CTD-390
The CTD-390 series is the choice of professionals around the world. With the dependable 4-cycle OHV gasoline engine and Auto Downloaders these units are ready for extended work days. Twin Accumulators are mated with each compressor to ensure a constant air supply.
The CTD-390 includes the Twin Piston Direct Drive compressor powered by a 4-cycle OHV gasoline engine. Twin six gallon accumulator tanks come with a pressure gauge. The unit is set in a vibration free aluminum frame. The 390 comes set-up for two divers including two 150' hoses, two regulators, two drop weight Cummerbelts, quick release swivel fittings, remote intake, and a reusable inline filter. |
The CTD-390 DUPLEX includes two complete systems described above mounted in a structural aluminum cage with wheels. It comes set-up for two divers. (Please ask a representative for more informarion and pricing)
Because these units are designed for deeper diving, the Drop Weight Cummerbelt and Egressor Scuba System should be used for the ultimate in bailout safety. Both of these items are available as options.

The C-300 series of commercial Hookah comes solidly mounted on an aluminum cage with tough service, vibration isolators. Superior cooling design minimizes heat build up for extended compressor service life. Optional air accumulators provide nine gallons of reserve air, further ensuring safe, trouble-free operation.
Aluminum cage mounted Model C-300YES. Channel structural aluminum base all other C-300 series. Remote air intake assembly w/splash cap, a mil spec heat transfer hose w/built in particle filter and filter replacement kit, two 150 foot breathable air hoses, full Quick Release Swivel (QRS) hose connections, one QRS hose divider, two custom demand regulators, commercial grade belt guard. The Explorer C-300
YES is equipped with Yanmar's powerful 4.6 hp diesel engine. It is capable of an output of 8.5 cfm at 125 psi, 10.25 at 75 psi. The C-300YES weighs 248 pounds and measures 40" X 13" X 22" with the intake staff removed. The C-300 is capable of a 15 hour run-time with optional reserve fuel tank, 2.5 hours with standard tank.
The Direct Drive Commercial Series Hookahs are designed for deck-mounted compressor use. They do not include flotation tubes. Optional accumulators are available for both units to provide temporary breathing pressure during dives in which breathing rates exceed the pressure that can be delivered by the compressor. C-300 X and XE packages include accumulators capable of storing an additional 9 gallons of air.
