The system works equally well for almost all sized vessels, from small boats to large yachts. Virtually everyone who owns a boat, at some point in time, needs to make an emergency inspection or repair below the water level. Built-in Hookah Systems from Brownie's provides that flexibility as a built-in component of your boat.

Quite simply, air supplied to one or more divers from a motor driven compressor that stays on the surface - Surface Supplied Air. The oilless compressor pumps clean air through a hose to the diver(s) below. At the end of the hose is a demand regulator, much like a scuba regulator.

So how is hookah different from scuba?

· You stay together. Each diver is free to explore, yet stays in contact with their buddy – much safer than diving individually on scuba.

· Less gear to wear. Most people feel that hookah diving is more like snorkeling than scuba diving.

· Less gear to carry. Since the system is built-in you only need your personal gear: mask, snorkel, fins, and suit.

· Our battery systems can support up to 2 divers and run for 1.5-2 hours (depending on battery size and type). With independent batteries, it doesn’t put a strain on your boats power supply.

· It’s ready when you are. It is already built-in so there is no need to worry about stowing. The whole system is already set up, you just flip the switch, throw the hose in the water and jump in. There is nothing more convenient than that!

Built-in Battery System
Hookah Performance on-the-go!

Battery powered systems can be built into almost any size boat for the convenience of hookah wherever you go! This inflatable yacht tender has a complete 12vdc hookah system installed in the console. Just connect the hoses and flip the switch for effortless diving. For recreational and commerical applications. See your boat builder or contact Brownie's for assistance with system requirement and installation ideas.

	This fitting is located on the starboard side of the console. A QRS fitting with a machined delrin stopper is designed to hold the hose in place just inside the fitting so the cap can close flat yet the hose is still easy accessible just inside the fitting.
The male QRS fitting is disconnected from the female end of the heat hose. There is a lanyard to prevent the stopper fitting from being lost or misplaced.
	The female heat hose fitting is then connected to the divers' down line and then to the diver hoses and regulators.

On the console is a machined delrin fitting for the intake staff. When the unit is in use the dust cap is removed and the intake staff is inserted into the socket. The dust cap is kept on a lanyard so as soon as the staff is removed the cap can be replaced onto the socket. This prevents intrusion of any water or foreign materials.

The intake staff is 54 inches tall so flag is in an area of greater visibility & ensures compressor a fresh supply of air.
The staff is made of two separate pieces that disconnect to allow storage into a smaller space.
The drip cap is machined out of a solid piece of delrin and completely keeps oversprayed water out of the compressor head.
Brownie's Third Lung follows all of the legal specifications for "divers-down flags" as required by the Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission Law Enforcement.
There is a machined piece of starboard that attaches from the console rail to the staff which helps avoid any risk of movement or detachment should the boat pitch and roll.

System comes complete full Brownie's hookah diver set-ups and stows conveniently into the box just forward of the console.
